We had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with valuable tips for exploring the area. The accommodation was spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable, ensuring a luxurious experience. We particularly appreciated the safe parking at the rear of the hotel for our car. The location was ideal for our day trips, as it was close to the bus/train station and the harbor for boat trips. The hotel also offered a free shuttle from town, and the breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It was not centrally located, but the ample parking space and easy access to public transportation made it an excellent base for exploring.

The hotel's location, near the station in Piazza Umberto I, is convenient for those arriving by train or bus. It's not far from the town centre, making it easy to explore on foot. Despite not being near tourist spots, the hotel is well situated for those wanting to explore the area. Rooms are clean and modern with a range of complimentary toiletries provided.
The hotel lacks some facilities, such as a restaurant or pool, which may disappoint some guests.

Nice personal, we were there in September and it was always space in the breakfast room, the breakfast held a normal continental standard. Great service with regard to cleaning of the rooms, changing on the beds, new towers every day. We did not miss anything. The room standard was same or above what we normally has experienced. Not all of the staff was english speaking very well, but they repeated in Italian untill we understood. We came by car and it was easy to park safely and close to the hotel.

It was home away from home. Staff really courteous and helpful. Walking distance to almost everything in the city centre. I would certainly do it all over again.

The hotel provides free wireless internet which is easy to access. The breakfast buffet is a great way to start the day with a variety of fresh food. The hotel’s location is convenient as it is situated in a quiet area, but still close enough to the city center.
There are no restaurants close to the hotel and the hotel’s restaurant options are limited. The room decor is modern but lacks charm.

They only good this about this hotel was that it was clean, very clean!
This hotel is OK if on business for one or two nights or on a low budget, but had very little else to offer. The location was very poor, beingin a run down area near the docks and a good 20 minute walk from the town. The staff had limited English, and tried hard to be helpful, but didnìt really understand some very basic requested. No resturant in hotel, so all evening meals need to be taken in the town (20 minutes) away, if you can find anything, as Trapanian's don't 'eat out.' Rooms are small and noisy, you can hear evrything going on in adjacent rooms and in the corridor. Breakfast was OK, although one cup of coffee, from a machine, was all you were allowed. I had booked for two nights, ended up staying for 4.
